There are seven musical notes, seven colors in light, seven energy centers in human body! Seven is a mystical number! The spiritual combination of numbers is 3+4=7!

For a healthy gut flora, this spectrum of taste is needed! At times, the body calls for this! Know this call as Chaat!
The purpose of chaat is to keep our stomach in order! There are trillions of bacteria in our stomach that are billions of years old! And our history is probably nine hundred thousand years old! Those bacteria are using us to grow and progress! That bacteria need readjustment from time to time! When weather changes bacteria calls from within! Then we eat Chaat! Chaat has sweet, savory, bitter, sour, spicy taste, all blended in proper proportion!
This helps the healthy bacteria to grow in our stomach! This helps in the improving out digestion! The bacteria for its health growth needs clean water, clarified butter, and blend of spices!
A combination of clean water, spices cooked in clarified butter means chaat that tickles your taste buds and opens up your appetite!
This is body balancing! Or gut health! Bacterial wisdom! Therefore, you are simply a medium for the sustenance of those trillions of bacteria!
