Ingredients:

  • Almonds, 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts, 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds, 2 TBS
  • Coconut Palm sugar, 60g (or brown or white sugar)
  • Coconut milk powder, 100g (or coconut milk)
  • Coconut oil or ghee
  • Cream of wheat, 3 TBS (you can use other flours, also)
  • Cardamom powder
  • Nuts for garnishing
