2. Trinidad moruga scorpion has a SHU between 750,000- 1.5 million
3. Red Sabina Habanero SHU 350,000-750,000
4. Habanero chili SHU 100,000-350,000
5. Vyadhi Chilli from south India, birds eye chili or Thai chili SHU 50,000-100,000
6. Guntur chili Cayenne pepper: SHU 25,000-50,000
7. Serrano pepper, Aleppo pepper: SHU 10,000-25,000
8. Jalapeño, Espeletta pepper: SHU 2,500-10,000
9. Anaheim pepper, Poblano peppe:r SHU 1,000-2,50
10. Piment, Banana pepper: SHU 100-1,000
11. Bell pepper: SHU 100-1,000
Pepper is used in medicine for its many properties! And because of its pungency these are used in modern day weapons.
