RECIPES - Fresh Salad, Indian Style

Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 radish
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup corn karnels
  • 1 medium broccoli
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 green bell pepper
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup boil red bean
  • 1/4 white chick peas
  • 1 medium lettuce leaf
  • 2-3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs black pepper crush
  • Pink salt to taste
  • 70g paneer
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tbs roasted grind cumin seed
If you like hot, you can add pepper sauce to taste.
steam broccoli, bell peppers for a few mins. Dice all vegetables. Use boiled red beans and chick peas. Dice the lotus root and blanch until tender, slice mushrooms and blanch.
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, black pepper, mint, and cilantro. Pour over the salad ingredients. Mix well. Add Chaat masala and roasted grind cumin.
Serve fresh.
