I could have simply used the words ghee or clarified butter instead 'dairy'! I used this word ‘dairy’ purposely! Remember, ghee is a dairy product - naturally hydrogenated! Naturally hydrogenated fat is much healthier than artificially hydrogenated fats! Artificially hydrogenated fats are injurious to human health! Therefore, I used the word ‘Dairy’.
